Ladies in the Landscape (LIL) is a professional organization whose members are employed in the green industry. LIL also accepts postsecondary student members who are at least 18 years of age and taking college courses in the green industry.
Our Mission is to create a community of those who identify as females working in the landscape and horticultural industries that provides support, collaboration, continuing education, mentoring, and networking to empower our members’ personal and professional lives.
