Ladies in the Landscape (LIL) started in 2019 with a small band of industry professionals based in Montgomery County, MD. Today, LIL membership has expanded across three states and is growing daily. Members represent all aspects of the landscape and horticultural industries ranging from integrated pest management, golf course management, and commercial distribution to retail business owners and landscape designers.
